For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, the FEB web server uses industry-standard methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information, or otherwise cause damage. Unauthorized attempts to upload information or change information on the FEB server are strictly prohibited and may punishable by law, including the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act of 1986 and the National Information Infrastructure Protection Act.

Links to Other Sites

FThe pages on www.San may include hypertext links or pointers to information created and maintained by other public and private organizations. The San Antonio FEB provides these links and pointers solely for our visitors’ information and convenience. When visitors select a link to an outside website, they are leaving the www.San site and are subject to the privacy and security policies of the owners/sponsors of the outside website. All links and pointers to sites external to the San Antonio FEB website will be identified as such.

Links to Other Government Websites

Because the websites of other government websites must follow the same government-wide policies that the FEB adheres to, links to these sites (including the U.S. military) are made without notification or disclaimer.

Links to Non-Government Websites

All links and pointers to sites that are not part of the US government are identified as “nongovernment links”. Such links are:

  • Described in text as “a commercial site”, “a nongovernmental education site”, or “a nongovernment public organization site” when possible.
  • Used for event registration for certain FEB sponsored events.
  • Used for some San Antonio FEB directories.

This presentation is the San Antonio FEB’s notification to visitors that these links are to nongovernment sites and that the disclaimers below apply.

The inclusion of links and pointers to websites is not intended to assign importance to those sites or to the information contained on those sites. It is also not intended to endorse or recommend any views expressed or products or services offered on these sites.

The San Antonio FEB does not control or guarantee the accuracy, relevance, timeliness or completeness of information contained on a linked website.

The San Antonio FEB does not endorse the organizations sponsoring linked websites, and does not endorse the views they express or the products/services they offer.

The San Antonio FEB cannot authorize the use of copyrighted materials contained in linked websites. Visitors must request such authorization from the sponsor of the linked website.

The San Antonio FEB is not responsible for transmissions visitors receive from linked websites.

The San Antonio FEB does not guarantee that outside websites comply with Section 508 (Accessibility Requirements) of the Rehabilitation Act.
