Dear FY22 ELFEB/LFEB Classes and AFEB Leadership Alumni,

The AFEB is proud to announce June FY22 “View From The Top”.

To enhance your perspective of what it takes to become a Leader, the AFEB has reached out to Senior Leaders across all branches of the Federal Government to give one hour of their time to present their “View From The Top” Leadership Perspective. For the first ½ hour they will talk about their leadership perspective and the second ½ hour will be for you to ask questions.

As you navigate through your careers to become better leaders, this training will take a deeper dive into what it takes to be a successful leader not only in your respective organizations but also learn what Leaders do on a day-to-day basis to keep their organizations running smoothly.
